Our Journey

Keeping in mind the interests of talented and needy students living in remote rural areas who are deprived of modern facilities and resources, this journey in the form of Rural Talent Search Examination has been started as a pilot program in September 2023.

Ist Year Enrollments

We conducted a campaign for Rural Talent Search Examination from September to December 2023 in which more than 13 thousand students from class 5th to 12th participated.

Rewards

On 15th September 2024, Rural Talent Award Ceremony was organized at Bhagwan Mahavir Town Hall Barmer. During this, we honored 800 promising students with a cash prize of Rs 8 lakh and a citation.

Scholarship

Top 5 students from each class who performed well in this examination and a total of 35 bright students were selected for scholarship to support their education for the next 3 years. Top 10 students of Class 12 were selected to stay in the national capital Delhi and prepare for UPSC examination free of cost for 3 years.

When we took our first step in the field of Rural Talent Search Examination, the students came forward and supported us wholeheartedly.

Seeing such enthusiasm from the students, our morale increased further and we continued to reach out to more and more students.

More than 700 students of Shri Vijay Memorial Higher Secondary School Dhorimanna made this revolution stronger by applying together.

Countless students studying in government and non-government schools of both Barmer and Balotra districts showed enthusiasm.

100% students of Govt. Sr. Sch., Pabubera, an example of natural beauty of the desert, participated and strengthened our mission.

In this way, one by one we reached out to thousands of promising students & teachers and somehow shared our mission with them.

Organizing Rural Talent Search Examination

When we organized the Gramin Pratibha Khoj Pariksha, thousands of students reached the designated examination centers with their innumerable aspirations and without any cheating or haste, they held their heads up high like a competitive candidate and started firing their pens like guns with their tiny innocent hands. Today, May 19, 2024, was that day of 48°C heat when hundreds of winners were going to be a part of a huge prize after this examination. Also, this was the first golden day when these innocent faces were going to challenge a very big opportunity. On this day, every parent and every teacher was going to test the skills of their promising stars. This day was going to become history for those students.

Exam Centers

Today was the day of 19th May 2024, on this day thousands of bright students of two districts were going to make their fate at 6 different examination centers, information about the examination centers was already given to them and the time of the examination was also fixed.

Formation of a dedicated team

We have formed a healthy team of our most trusted and dedicated academicians who can reach the examination centers located hundreds of kilometers away from their work place on time to conduct the examination in a systematic manner with complete transparency and fairness.

Strict Scrutiny

Our strong and dedicated teams had arrived well before the scheduled time and had taken over the front. They checked and identified the students one by one with utmost honesty. Then they made all the candidates sit in an orderly manner and started the proceedings as per the rules.
